Harvest season meets hands-on coding! Students will use Ozobot Blockly to program their Ozobot Evo to catch as many apples as it can in this engaging STEM lesson.

The Little Old Lady Who Wasn’t Afraid of Anything
Practice story sequencing with a Halloween favorite! Students will read "The Little Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything" and use Color Code markers to map out the book's main events as a path for their Ozobot Evo to follow — blending literacy skills with hands-on STEM.

This lesson serves as a quick check for understanding, where students use Color Codes to program their Ozobot’s direction, speed, and special moves to reflect the actions described in a sentence.

Whale Fall Cycle
In this Grade Three lesson, students will program Ari to represent the stages of a whale fall and the ecosystem it supports on the ocean floor. Using Color Codes and sequencing, students will create a Whale Fall Cycle.

Coral Inhabitants
Dive into marine science! Students will construct an interactive coral reef to discover how ocean animals feed and find shelter. By programming Ari to act out a creature's journey through the reef, students will collect data on coral visits and analyze their findings.

Ocean Life Cycles
Explore ocean life cycles hands-on! Students will create interactive diagrams showing the life cycles of two different ocean-dwelling organisms. As Ari travels along a track, it will bring each life cycle to life in action. Students will then compare and contrast the two life cycles.

Ocean Energy Food Chain
Bring the energy of ecosystems to life! Students will program Ari to simulate the flow of energy through a vibrant ocean food chain — from the sun to producers, consumers, and decomposers. Using sequencing language, students will craft their model and present it to their classmates.
