Effective October 1, 2017, Ozobot offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty only valid with proof of purchase from authorized re-seller of Ozobot. Warranty is void if the Ozobot is opened or tampered with. If there is an issue with your Ozobot within 30 days, then you should first try to obtain a replacement from the original place of purchase. If it is outside of the 30-day return window, then you may contact us if you have purchased Ozobot within 1 year and can show proof of purchase.

Purchases made before October 1, 2017 are subject to a 90-day warranty.
