Shipping
Shipping may vary depending on the product and usually delivers in 5-7 business days within the US. Other shipping options may be available based on your destination and can be viewed at checkout.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty
Ozobot products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty is valid with proof of purchase from Ozobot or an authorized reseller.
Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by using the product in a way it was not designed for.
If you experience an issue within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact the original retailer where you purchased your Ozobot product regarding their return or exchange policy.
After the retailer's return window has expired, customers who purchased within the 1-year warranty period may contact support@ozobot.com with proof of purchase for warranty assistance.
At Ozobot's discretion, warranty service may include:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with the same or comparable product
- Refund of the original purchase price (less any applicable amounts attributable to prior use) if repair or replacement is not reasonably available
Ozobot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its products. This limited warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Optional Accidental Damage Protection
Eligible products may be covered with an optional SureBright Accidental Damage Protection Plan. This protection is separate from Ozobot's standard manufacturer warranty and provides coverage for accidental damage based on the selected plan terms.
