This October, classrooms buzzed with STEAM Halloween fun fueled by Ozobots! From coding spooky theme parks and trick-or-treat adventures to exploring the lifecycle of a pumpkin, students blended creativity with hands-on coding skills.

Dia de los Muertos Dance

Ms. Rasch celebrated Day of the Dead with the Dia de los Muertos Dance lesson. Her students were able to solve a series of multiplication and division problems to help Ozobot create a celebratory dance using Ozobot Blockly.

Trick-or-Treat

These third through fifth-grade students had a blast creating and coding a spooky Ozobot Halloween town! Each student designed their own haunted house and dressed up their bot to go trick-or-treating.

Ozo Adventure Park

These middle school students designed the ultimate theme park for their Ozobots, complete with spooky ghosts, thrilling rides, a haunted house, and a whirlwind of tunnels. The bots had an unforgettable adventure!

Ozobot O’clock

It’s Halloween time in this classroom! Students designed Halloween-themed yards filled with pumpkins, ghosts, creatures, tombstones, and more. Then, they used color codes to guide their bots through each spooky yard.

Tech-or-Treat

This classroom had a blast at their Tech-or-Treat event! Students brought out the bots and color code markers and got right to work coding their paths.

The Little Old Lady

Mrs. Noe’s first-grade class read “The Little Old Lady Who Wasn’t Afraid of Anything”, and then they practiced sequencing the story to test their comprehension!

Pumpkin Patch 

Mrs. Routson’s students celebrated Halloween with a pumpkin lifecycle activity using their bots. They coded their Ozobots to travel through each stage—from seed to sprout to green pumpkin to fully grown pumpkin—completing the lifecycle journey.

Spooky Season

Ms. Ortman’s classroom celebrated the spooky season by taking their Ozobots trick-or-treating! Students chose fun costumes for their bots, transforming them into spiders, ghosts, and pumpkins. What a festive way to celebrate Halloween!
