As teachers wrap up the school year, classrooms across the country are still buzzing with creativity, collaboration, and coding with Ozobot! From historical explorations and story mapping, to sending bots across bridges and into outer space, students have been diving into hands-on STEAM experiences that bring learning to life. Here’s a roundup of some of the incredible Ozobot activities that lit up classrooms this month!

Builders in Action
Ms. Bissonnette’s students sent their Ozobots on exciting journeys, navigating rivers and crossing bridges by following colorful, code-filled maps they created themselves.

A Year of Innovation
Ms. Bissonnette’s class wrapped up the year with an amazing journey exploring STEM and tech integration! From hands-on robotics to tackling real-world challenges, her students explored, created, and thrived.

Coding Through History
Ms. Fickle’s first graders brought history to life using Ozobot to explore the journey of Lewis and Clark! After learning about frontiersmen and pioneers, students used their bots to sequence key events from the expedition, combining storytelling, social studies, and coding in one engaging lesson.

Space Exploration
At Waxpool Elementary, fifth graders stepped into the shoes of rover programmers on a Mars mission! Using Ozobot, students coded their bots to navigate a Martian grid based on intel from “Mission Command.” Demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and citizenship, their final step was sending their code to NASA for verification.

Exploring Australia
Nelson Middle School sixth graders took a cultural adventure through Australia with the help of their Ozobots. This hands-on activity brought geography and coding together, making Down Under discoveries exciting and interactive!

Bright Bots in Action
Fourth graders at North Lee Elementary are having a blast with Ozobot! They turned down the lights to watch the Ozobots’ colors spark as they followed the color codes, making learning and play truly come alive.

Dance Off
The fourth graders at Eastlawn had a blast coding their Ozobot Evos with a custom dance program. Using color-coded moves like Tornado, Zigzag, Spin, Backwalk, and Disco, they brought their robots to life. Now, they are gearing up for an exciting dance-off next week!

Story Mapping in Motion
Cross-curricular magic was in full swing as Ms. Anderson’s students combined literacy and coding! After listening to a story, they programmed their Ozobots to travel along a story map, retelling key details in a fun, hands-on way.
