The 5th graders at Troy City School District used Ozobot for a STEM bowling activity. They practiced fractions to sharpen their math skills for the NYS test!

Story Time 

The students at Melzer Elementary have been thoroughly enjoying the book “Sam and Dave Dig a Hole” by Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen. Using special moves and direction Color Codes, they programmed their Ozobots to recreate the characters’ adventurous journey.

5th grade students map the Pacific Ocean and Panama Canal for their Ozobots

Ahoy! 

This 5th-grade classroom set sail on an adventure by designing cargo ships and mapping the Pacific Ocean and Panama Canal for their Ozobots, using card stock and color codes. They explored exports and imports throughout Asia as part of their AAPI month celebrations.

Salem Elementary’s first graders embarked on an exciting exploration of 3D shapes. Using their Ozobot coding robots, they first reviewed the names of 3D shapes and then went on a treasure hunt to find real-life examples!

Students at Wescott Elementary amazed everyone during their US regions project presentations. They coded Ozobots to travel maps of the West and Southwest regions of the United States, stopping at QR codes linked to informative apps about each area. What a creative approach to making geography fun and interactive!
