It’s spooky season and we are loving it! From carving Evo in a pumpkin, to hosting an Evo costume contest, can you tell Halloween is one of our favorite holidays? We are so excited to see all the costume creations everyone comes up with, but before we can choose a winner, let’s check out some of our favorite October OzoThings.

Bend it like Evo
Who knew Evo could play soccer? Mrs. Cutler’s fourth grade class spent their last few minutes of class time having an Evo soccer game. The students used the Evo App to control their Evos to make some awesome moves on the “soccer field.”
Evo and The Great Salmon Migration
Katie Exum and her students used Color Codes to draw out the Pacific salmon migration. Her students had to plan ahead for different obstacles that salmon encounter on their journey from Washington to Alaska. Such a fun and creative activity!
Breast Cancer Awareness
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and students at New Brunswick Public Schools coded their Evos in support! To learn more about how you can support breast cancer check out the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
How many pumpkins can Evo hold?
Leka DeGroot had her second graders use their critical thinking skills to come up with a solution to transfer their pumpkins from the pumpkin patch to home. Students had to create their own Evo accessory and use Color Codes to get their Evo back home. For more fun spooky lessons that encourage critical thinking, check out our Halloween Lessons Blog!
That’s a Strike for Evo!
Evo is great at bowling, and it has nothing to do with Evo’s shape… okay, maybe it does. Third graders in Mrs. Shearer’s class used Color Codes to create the perfect bowling path for Evo to follow in this fun classroom STEAM activity.
Did you know we have our very own Ozobot bowling pins? They can be downloaded from our CAD Library and 3D printed! Check them out here.
Trick-or-Treat with Evo
Students at Britton Norwich Learning Campus used the Ozobot Trick-or-Treat lesson to code their Evo to ‘Trick-or-Treat’ and collect as much candy as they can before the timer runs out. This lesson can be found in Ozobot Classroom alongside 700+ other STEAM themed lessons!
