We’re back with the latest installment of our Favorite OzoThings. This time we’re sharing our favorite Ozobot Simulator projects educators have shared on social media.
In May, we launched the Ozobot Simulator, a freeform version of our OzoBlockly Challenges. We’re especially excited about this solution for virtual learning. It’s a great way to engage learners in coding & CS from anywhere–whether you’ve got bots or not. We can’t wait to show you what these educators have shared and are looking forward to more projects to come!
Hybrid Coding With and Without Evos
The @vanmeterschools 3rd graders from @AmyGarrison3618 room are using the @Ozobot Simulator to flash code their robots. So fun!

And we love they’ll be able to use this in the summer at home even without the Ozobot. đŸ¤–#vanmeter #tlchat #futurereadylibs #edtech #edchat #stem pic.twitter.com/GQliGKhsY1
District Teacher Librarian Director and Ozobot Certified Educator Shannon McClintock Miller shared students in Amy Garrison’s elementary class using our new Ozobot Simulator to flash load their bots. Shannon is so excited that her students can use the Simulator to code at home this summer with (or without!) their bots, and we are too, Shannon! We just love the smiles on the student’s faces.
Bots Get In Sync

STEM Teacher and Ozobot Certified Expert Kristen Albright’s students programmed their Evos to dance in synchronicity using the Ozobot Simulator. We think they did a fantastic job and wish we could join in on this dance party!
Let’s Go Fishing

What do you get when you dress Evo in a fish costume? This adorable assignment, of course! Ozobot Certified Expert Kristen Albright is at it again! Her students used the Ozobot Simulator to design and connect their program to their Evo. We’d love to go fishing for fun assignments with you, Kristen!
Thanks to our educators who shared their students’ creations using our new Ozobot Simulator. Stay tuned for next month’s OzoThings post, and be sure to share your creations with us on social media using @Ozobot or #Ozobot for a chance to be featured!
