As students settled into the new school year, we saw many classrooms jumping into action! From Ozobot challenges, to an Ozo racetrack and even a road trip with Evo, these creative students were excited to put their new learning tools to work. Here’s a glimpse of what’s been happening!
Ms. Robles’ third grade class rocked their Ozobot Team Challenge with problem solving, collaboration and perseverance! Each team took Evo for a spin on their course. Amazing teamwork!
Ms. McRae kicked off the school year with Evo, learning the basis of color coding.
Ms. Whitesell’s fourth grade class kicked off the school year with an Ozobot race. Using the 4 C’s to code, they guided Evo from start to finish around their race track. They were ready to hit the track!
Ms. Martinez’s class guided Evo through their story timeline! From beginning to end, they coded a path for their bots.
The classrooms in EPiC Elementary took lifecycles to the next level. From an egg, to a larva, to a bee, this life cycle run by Evo displayed the different phases of a bee!
The Cardwell Career Prep Library celebrated Dot Day with collaborative art projects using color codes. Each student created a one of a kind unique piece of art for their bots to navigate!
Ms. Churchill’s classroom put their bots through a maze challenge. Each student partnered up back to back to code Evo through each maze. Collaboration + communication + coding = Ozobot fun!
These Algebra 1 students solved linear equations in a fun and creative way using their bots. They teamed up into groups to crack each math equation. Ms. Bruce loved hearing her students’ communication skills as they collaborated together to solve problems!
Ms. Huggin’s class created a road map for Evo to take a road trip across a few neighboring states. They were excited to jump into the color coding world with their bots!
Thank you to all our educators who shared their students’ creations. We love seeing all of your ideas and creativity! Keep the wonderful ideas and STEAM activities coming, and be sure to tag @Ozobot or #Ozobot in your creations this summer for a chance to be featured in our next roundup of favorite #OzoThings.
